WRITER

Over the years I have written / compiled programmes for a number of theatre show tours, sleeve notes for cassettes and CDs, published my own joke books, Country Music Magazine, 60s music magazine as well as writing articles for a variety of local and national papers and magazines including Daily Mirror and What's On TV, plus reviewing shows for Beats Working an on-line 50s60s70s magazine.

In 2011 I published my autobiography "If It Wasn't For Bad Luck" which contains my story todate along with 100s of photographs, celebrity endorsements. From my early childhood to the many facets of my entertainment career - DJ, Compere, Children's Entertainer, Costume Character, Recording Artist, Actor, Writer, Entertainment Agent Promoter & Consultant, Event Manager as well as my public life as a School Governor, Town Councillor, Fundraiser and much more! Copies are available from myself or direct from the publishers authorhouse.co.uk from me they are £15 plus £3 postage!

I have recently compiled a book on Welshpool Pantomime Society entitled "OH YES IT ISwhich is now available. This book contains archive photographs, newspaper reviews, images of programmes and other memorabilia, personal memories from those involved and much more! The cost of the book is £9.95 and is available from the following Welshpool outlets - No14 (Celtic Company) in Broad Street, Flaunt It (Card & Gift shop) in Cumberland Place, the Tourist Information Centre, myself or direct from the publishers Dreamstar Books.

My third book, "Treading the Boards with the St Mary's Players and Singers" was launched on Sunday 1st December 2013. This is a concise history of the drama musical theatre groups in the 1970s through to the early 1990s. Containing many original photographs from the shows. My fourth book "Entertaining Mid Wales & Beyond" was launched in August
2014 and is an A-Z Detailing the many and varied entertainers that have emerged from or work out of Mid Wales including Classical singers & musicians, beat groups, dance bands, DJs, actors, and so forth.
